The living service may cost money.
Narateer’s rules, character options, and core play materials belong in the commons. Optional hosted services may charge for real operating costs: compute, storage, persistence, and convenience.

AI disclosure
AI is used openly, never smuggled in as mystique.
AI tools have supported research, drafting, critique, testing, organisation, and development. Human authorship remains responsible for what Narateer publishes.
AI is optional in play. It does not own user creations, silently establish campaign canon, or replace a Guide’s authority.
